I now have only 9 days left till departure. In my head, I know full well that this is a big deal. Because it's not like I'm going for a vacation. I'm actually LEAVING. I'm feeling absolutely refreshed. Just came from a weekend trip with my father to Bangkong Kahoy Valley (which means Wooden Bench). It's the valley between Mt. Banahaw, which they call "Mystic Mountain" and Mt. Cristobal, which they call "Devil Mountain" because bad things always happen to those who climb it. My dad's cousin, my uncle who's an environmentalist owns this place. It was just so inspiring and so beautiful. I took so many photos I don't know which ones to upload first.
